OUR APPROACH
How PLA@103 Empowers Scholars

Focused on Every Child’s Growth
At Phalen Leadership Academies @103, we cultivate a calm, inclusive, and culturally rich environment where every scholar feels seen, supported, and inspired to achieve. As a tuition-free public charter school on Indianapolis’s Far Eastside, we use data-driven instruction and differentiated learning to meet scholars where they are and help them reach new heights.

Learning Beyond the Classroom
Our scholars don’t just learn—they lead, explore, and grow. From basketball, soccer, and track to art, robotics, and enrichment clubs, PLA@103 offers a wide range of opportunities that encourage curiosity and teamwork. We proudly support Spanish- and Haitian Creole-speaking families through our Dual Language Program and dedicated bilingual staff.
With a focus on learning, leadership, and community, our approach empowers scholars to reach their full potential and build a strong foundation for lifelong success
